"EDIT: Servicing has gone downhill, and "their" rates have increased. I had a DMV violation because they did not submit the correct paperwork, so I finally cancelled, and now I'm saving $125 a month. They also wrote duplicate policies in different states. I work in commercial insurance for a living, so how they got this wrong, I don't know but they were less than helpful when it happened. Even the lady at the DMV told me to switch."

"I got a quote through text for all my cars. I’m so glad to be back with statefarm. I have switched to Progressive due to cheaper quote, but 3 months too long I had to deal with all the issues. Statefarm is straight forward with the quotes. Progressive added people to my policy without my consent and was auto drafted over $1200 due to this."
